These terms are the agreement between you and Dresy. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Dresy.
The short version. Only upload photos you are allowed to upload. Images you create are yours to use, including commercially. Credits are bought through the app stores and are not transferable. Do not use Dresy to harass, deceive or sexualise anyone.
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. By using Dresy you confirm you meet these conditions and that nothing prevents you from agreeing to these terms.
This is the part that matters most. By uploading a photo you confirm that:
You are responsible for the photos you upload. If someone tells us an image of them was uploaded without permission, we will remove it and may close the account behind it.
Breaking these rules can mean losing your account and any unused credits, with no refund.
Dresy runs on credits. Each generation costs a set number, shown before you confirm. New accounts receive free credits. You can buy more as a one-off pack or through a subscription, and you can earn them by referring friends or sharing a result.
All purchases go through Apple or Google. Their terms apply alongside these, and they handle billing, not us.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through your Apple or Google account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. Monthly credits arrive at the start of each billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. We cannot issue them directly. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned automatically — you do not need to ask.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused subscription credits roll over for up to three months. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
You own the images you generate and may use them personally or commercially — social posts, gifts, product listings, whatever you like.
Free-tier images carry a small Dresy watermark. Paid plans remove it.
Two things to know. Generative AI can produce similar results for different people, so we cannot promise your image is unique. And because outputs are generated rather than drawn by a person, they may not qualify for copyright protection in every country.
The Dresy app, name, logo, design and garment library belong to us. The garment images are ours or licensed to us. You may use them within the app to create your images; you may not extract, redistribute or use the library elsewhere.
Dresy uses AI, so results vary. Photo quality, pose and lighting all affect the outcome, and some generations will not look right. That is a normal part of how the technology works and is not a defect. We refund credits for technical failures, not for results you simply do not like.
We aim to keep Dresy running but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your images.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It permanently removes your profile, photos and generated images, and it cannot be undone. Download anything you want to keep first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Dresy is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If someone brings a claim against us because of a photo you uploaded or an image you created, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use Dresy afterwards means accepting the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes — without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
